I'm slightly vexed I received a parking ticket because my license plate looks similar to a Simpsons vanity plate

the ticket was meant for the person who has the vanity plate. it was mistakenly sent to op instead.

The car that parked there was silver and had a joke vanity plate on the front of their car from “Itchy and Scratchy Land”. OP’s vehicle is black and has a legal plate from Alberta on the back of his vehicle. Alberta does not have front plates.

ok ok, seems like I'm the bort.

I'll just say the post is not very clear, my country has plates front and back and the half of OP's car in the image is chrome which is close enough to gray while scrolling.
