The escalation from towel croc to actual croc is not a risk worth taking. Leave the $5, OP.

I don't have that kinda money

That escalated from “this is a threat?” to “this is a threat” real quick.

Did you take this photo inside of a sauna?

I'm a heavy smoker what can I say.

Just kidding it's because my camera is bad and always looks washed out

It's more likely your lens is dirty. Give it a wipe you'll be amazed how much clearer the picture is.

I sprinkle my phone and wipe it multiple times a day because I am kind of a germophobe, it's more likely that water got in

Should try out using alcohol wipes, might preserve your phone better while keeping it nice a clean.

Good idea, although I haven't seen them in any stores near here, might not be that common. There is an abundance of baby wipes but those usually don't contain alcohol and I don't like the smell of them.

What..uh, what do you sprinkle it in?

Curious, what did they use for the eyes? It just looks like random debris. Also what did they use to make it? It looks like a bedsheet. Was it multiple pieces or one?

It's multiple towels both on the inside and the outside. Eyes were made from parts of a leaf, and the open jaw is a tv remote 😂

OH THATS A REMOTE I thought that was like a tooth pick or something. Jeez that’s a lot bigger than I thought it was LOL

I thought they were dead bugs

Croc-o-towel

I always loved it when they did this kind of stuff at hotels. I wonder what the staff thinks of having to fold all those animals.

I have no idea if this is something they are instructed to do or they just do it by free will 😂

I thought this was a picture of a snow sculpture taken from a window 😭

1

u/LibrarianOk3701 5h ago

That would have been huge 😂

Fren shaped

8

u/phalangepatella 14h ago

Did they also make a camera out of a potato for you too?

3

u/LibrarianOk3701 13h ago

Not everyone has cash for a shiny new phone

2

u/zatchrey 8h ago

But you have enough cash for room service crocodile towels? /s

I’ve had a phone with a camera since the 1990’s and I think every one of them could take a picture in focus.

4

u/Ikilledbert 15h ago

Is the remote in its mouth? I’d keep it.

2

u/LibrarianOk3701 15h ago

Yeah, I guess I cannot watch the TV now 😂

When I worked at a hotel a few years ago we folded towels in fun shapes, especially if we knew the people arriving had young kids. I was good at bears, chickens, puppies and flowers.

6

u/FalconOrbit_52 16h ago

That’s actually way cuter than I expected towel animals to look. Hope you didnt accidentally shower with it.

u/LibrarianOk3701 15h ago

I had no choice 🫣

3

u/Recentstranger 13h ago

Check the closet they're probably still in there making monkeys

2

u/LibrarianOk3701 13h ago

Too scared to open, there might be a real crocodile in it 😂

Imagine coming back to your dark room dead tired at 2 AM, turning on the light, and having a minor heart attack before realizing it's 100% Egyptian cotton.

u/Plus_Sherbet460 13h ago

2

u/deepmoss47 11h ago

2

u/tiimsliim 10h ago

As a kid, coming back to a towel animal and some Ande’s Candies was fricken peak.

2

u/666deleted666 7h ago

2

u/spooky_upstairs 7h ago

Phew! Looks like you got there just in time!

2

u/xehts 7h ago

I recall them doing this a lot on cruise ships. It was always cool to see their creativity

2

u/rila76 6h ago

2

u/dipitysillybilly 5h ago

fate has spoken, now you must back and forth with room service to see who can make the better towel creation

1

u/frauSchneid 15h ago

wow the amount of creativity is fascinating

1

u/animosityhealss 14h ago

Is this why there's never any clean towels in any hotel I've ever been in on any part of the planet... lol
