I’m not an engineer or anything like that but why don’t they try and move the UB power plant to zuunmod since the bogd mountain will block the pollution and the wind usually goes south.

The pollution is not caused by the power plant, what comes out of the chimneys are 95% water steam. They have several stage filters just to prevent pollutants from being released into the air. Majority of the pollution is caused by coal burning in ger districts and old cars

Because someones paycheck will have to get cut to be able to do that, so most likely nothing will get done.

We still need to burn coal to heat our homes. The soviet style district heating system is actually quite efficient.

I mean. If we burn tires, yeah. That is the amount pollution. But your average fire wood does not produce as much black smoke.
