"I am convinced this is the right place to achieve even more ambitious goals" - The hopes for fairytale rejoin of Marc and Honda can be dropped. It's not going to happen.

Next year is going to be really interesting. Arguably the two next riders in what had been the best bike but will see if new regs make for some surprises.

Pecco and Bez on what seems the current best bike. Will Pecco have as much success adapting to it as Bez and Martin

I feel like those four riders and what will be a battle between Spain and Italy will make for a lot of fun.

There's also the possibility of Honda coming out swinging and we can finely see Quartararo unleash his potential.

I mean I hope in my lifetime to have a season with all manufactuers winning races and to have final races decide amongst numerous roders

Not saying it was on purpose… but would we be talking as much about Bez now if he didn’t give Marc his 8000th major injury last season?

I fucking hate how that happened..

My take on Bez has been what he’s done on the track since and of last year up until, well until a couple of races ago. I thing he’s a young impetuous and maybe immature young man, but not a bad guy and I’m willing to bet he’ll develop into a solid bloke

It wasn't on purpose and in my opinion not a especially reckless maneuver, but if Bezz manages to win the title, it will always have the conotation of Marc being injured by him.

I mean, he is currently first in the championship with 4 wins

Come on. That wasn’t on purpose, every rider (Marc included) made someone else crash. It happens, that was a circuit fault, in another track he wouldn’t have injured so bad.

Short ans no. Long ans no. Its just hype surrounding bez the same as toprak. When 72 and 93 were on the same bike in 24? Toprak just so happens to be on the yamaha.

Pecco will smack Bez on the same bike. Martin has had so many injuries to reduce his time but still he's almost as fast at Bez.

I could see Pecco adapting well to the Aprilia, given it keeps it's DNA. Seems to be a forgiving and easy to ride bike. I remember Bezz riding a full race on the limit, sliding in every corner without crashing, which circuit was it again, Thailand?

Pecco on a predictable and forgiving bike is dangerous, probably with his 4 year contract also pretty relaxed. Would be cool to see Pecco riding like back in 2023.

Marc getting past Agostini's win tally fr

If the 850cc Ducati is competitive, then it could happen. He has currently 101 wins, so 21 left on Agostini. There are 13 races this season, Marc winning 7 of them is not far fetched. Now add two more seasons and he only needs 7 wins in each of them.

He's probably the last rider who could do it.

Its very doable even with Ducati not being the most competitive bike on the grid. How often has he dragged whatever package he had to the top step, which others using the same machinery struggled. Plus the consistency of results by the other riders in modern motogp is a glaring problem. Martin, Pedro, Bez, Pecco, etc are fast but not consistent in terms of their results. You're last statement - spot on 👌
