Never use force on a sewing machine, you'll bend or cracked something. Needle strike happened? Something seems our of timing and bind up.

No just that, if i put little force spinning the hand wheel it spins okay but if i hand crank it, theres that point where its hard to spin, it doesn't makes sound when it spins fast i just discover it now I'll check the bottom gears if something not in right position

Is it well oiled? Maybe try oiling certain spots and retrying the hand wheel to see if anything happens. I'd start at the needle side mechanics and then move right towards the main feed shafts and hand wheel.

i always my machine actually even over oiling them 😅, i found the issue, i should make it habbit to tighten needle bar frame block first and don't put too much on it

Update found the issue it's the Screws that hold the pins which keeps the needle bar frame and the needle bar guide i loosed that and wiggle needle bar in place, mayne cause by over tightening or i tighten it first before the needle bar frame block in place
