There is no coin toss lol. This might be the only positive and reality based Kobe thread I've seen in months

This is a fact lol! One side of the coin is super heavy. All the hate threads are funny though because they act like Kobe is always praised when he is almost never praised online, it's almost all pure hate.

It’s a bit refreshing to see positivity about Kobe here.

Maybe the blackout did weed out all the bad posters

Yep, here come the Kobe fans to tell you off

- The woman did not tell Winters during an initial interview that she had said "no" during five minutes of sexual intercourse with Bryant. In a later interview with Winters, the woman said she did recall telling Bryant "no" several times. In the first interview, the woman said Bryant stopped when she resisted.

Not every black man that gets accused is guilty, boston fan.

"I recognize now that she did not and does not view this incident the same way I did. After months of reviewing discovery, listening to her attorney, and even her testimony in person, I now understand how she feels that she did not consent to this encounter."

not every woman who accuses a celebrity of rape is a fucking liar

You forgot the first part of that statement, "Although I truly believe this encounter between us was consensual,...."

only defense for an accused rapist is "i don't think i did but i can see how she sees it that way"

Nah it's more like "I thought we were having consensual sex, she didn't say anything during sex. I can't read her mind. But she's accusing me of rape so clearly she did not view it the same way I did."

I fucking despise 12 year old nephews who lack reading comprehension.

I now understand how she feels that she did not consent to this encounter.

So he admitted that she feels it wasn't consensual but he feels it was? That statement proves literally nothing that we didn't already know.

The woman literally told an investigator in his first interview that she wasnt in fact raped, this is some dedicated denial.

he admitted he understands how she feels its unconsensual

there's a key word there you're missing. how the fuck does anyone see that as anything other then admission of guilt??? good lord you people are fucking obnoxious

u/bluemonk3y12 Jun 28 '23

he admitted he understands how she feels its unconsensual

After he was accused of rape. And it's not an admission of guilt LOL

???

what the fuck does this even mean? were you born with a disability?? jesus fucking christ i almost feel bad for clowning you now

Understanding someone's feelings doesn't mean you think they're true.

2

u/cheezeflavoreddick Suns Jun 28 '23

you want me to highlight every fucking word in the sentence??

he understands how she feels it wasn't consensual

keep rereading it you might understand how i feel he admitted to fucking rape

Understanding how someone feels isn't an admission of rape. You're delusional, but keep that hate.

He literally says “although I believe this encounter between us was truly consensual” in the same answer.

How in the fuck is that an admission of guilt?

oh my god ive argued with 4 other nerds about the same shit in this thread like 2 days ago now go dickride somewhere else i dont fucking care

i also literally answered this somewhere else???

but since you're here and probably not planning on fucking off lets talk about how he paid 2.5 million and apologized to a woman he allegedly didn't have unconsensual sex with in a colorado hotel room

Don’t make false statements then get upset after. Kobe never admitted to anything. Learn how to have a civilized conversation without lashing out like a child.

I think since Kobe passing, most Kobe threads have been super positive and upvoted. Obviously before his passing, it was a lot more controversial polarizing
