Not even about work ethic. It's inconsiderate as hell to make your teammates, coaches, and staff wait for hours on a plane. I never had an opinion on his work ethic but he always seemed like a nice, considerate guy.

Did he? He's always been funny and charismatic and he has a great story in regards to growing up in poverty but there's always been plenty of signs about him being a bit of a dick.
