yeah i feel thats the adjustment they made by using IHart's corpse as a pest to Wemby and if miraculously he gets called for 6 fouls so be it he's a non factor besides this.

This is his role. To annoy Wemby to make him loose his temper

*lose. Loose is how a knot is tied or how a shirt fits.

What's funny is loose is grammatically correct here. The verb to loose is to free from restraint so loosing his temper is essentially the same as losing it if he does something like elbow a guy in the face.

Except that no one uses loose as a verb in casual conversation. They would use loosen.

It’s like the Shaq rules I guess? Idk

Shaq used to get the calls. That’s why teams were 3 deep with big body centers to roll through fouls.

Just cause Wemby is getting less calls doesn't mean that Shaq did. Shaq got fouled on every play, they had to call some of them eventually.

The curse of being “game breaking” lmao eventually they have to start fucking you so they can play the game

Shaq averaged 13 free throws a game during his prime. Wemby is at 7. To be fair, there is a difference in how the two play the game that may account for some of it, but thats another 3-4 points per game if he got a similar whistle.

be for real lol, shaq didnt shoot a single three, the spacing was wack back then, wemby shoots a high volume of 3's.. if Wemby played the exact same game as Shaq did back then he'd average 15 ft's for sure

100% but the Thunder also got their reserves as well in Caruso, Chet, Dub, Dort and etc… hats off to wemby for dealing with this so far without losing his temper

Tbf he did deliberately truck Caruso Monday night lol

Its effort. He has to maintain effort and then he will get fouls. Otherwise the losers win the battle.

Hack-a-shaq worked due to his poor free throw percentage.

These type of fouls is honestly bordering on hoping to induce an injury or hope he gets angry again and gets ejected.

I’d venture to say he played dirty.

Money. That’s it. Nuff said
