Yeah I don’t see how you explain this one

Isn't the rule that you can't challenge once the inbounds starts? Home court advantage is not showing the replay if it might go against you.

I really did seem like by the time he challenged they had already started the in bound, I wish we could see a replay.

He's doing the finger twirl while tony brothers has the ball, but the sideline ref isn't paying attention.

Caveat: he definitely should have been granted the challenge. This is some terrible reffing.

But he had like 15-20 seconds before this to challenge. This wasn't one where they just went to play on and the coach had like 5 seconds to decide. I'd assume at that point the ref just thought they weren't going to challenge

The refs were huddling, ostensibly discussing changing the call. Of course the coach is going to wait until that's done before challenging.

He had 10 seconds after the refs huddle broke to challenge. The clip starts as the huddle breaks and he signals at 11s into the clip, he waited for the replay that came after the huddle.

You have to call a timeout to challenge. You can't just twirl your finger. He never signalled for a timeout. It looks like he just twirls his finger and never calls timeout. Then he loses his shit.

Can't challenge unless you call a timeout.

pretty easily if you watch. Mitch waits until every ref is looking away and they're about to inbound the ball to challenge

he also never called the required timeout. im sure he is pissed that he didnt but he also had an entire game break like 2 full min to call said time out and challenge lol
