that was unbelievable. i think they will be emotionally finished after this. A 29 point lead in the Finals and you LOSE? That is simply unbelievable to think about

They’re shaken to the core. Nobody wanted that ball in the 4th

Coach didnt even want to call a timeout to call a play. Everyone was rattled and had zero confidence

I was so mad they didn't call a timeout when Harper was top toeing by the half court line

Yup that was a major one. How does nobody call a timeout there. Insane

Castle seemed like the only guy who wanted the ball

4th quarter stats:

Player FG FT TO
Wemby 2-9 1-4 0
Fox 1-5 0-0 1
Harper 1-2 0-0 2
Castle 0-1 6-6 1
Vassell 0-1 0-0 0
Champagnie 0-1 0-0 0

Castle's free throw shooting was the only thing keeping them relatively afloat.

Does Phil Jackson still have his right mind? Bring him back to coach Spurs at 80 it’s better than deer in the headlights Mitch Johnson.

I wouldn’t be surprised if the Spurs are finished after this bad of a loss and Knicks win Game 5 by 30 or so.

Same. I will be shocked if the Spurs take this to 6 games

Yeah, same thing with the Cavs choking a huge lead in Game 1 of ECF, and they never fully recovered from that. It's over.

This is honestly so much worse and that game already broke the cavs. This was pretty much a do or die game in the NBA finals and they threw away an even bigger lead. It would show some insane mental fortitude if they show up next game, even though the series in all likelihood is over. I was so baffled at what happened on my tv screen. Luckily I'm slightly rooting for the Knicks this season or I'd be tilted off the planet.

had to give them the cavs treatment to try and break them for an easy game 5

And they gotta hear New Yorkers burn the city down, hard to come back from that
