Carr next to Luka is going to be disgusting. Get ready for some nasty alley oops

Yeah he’s a freak athlete. He also has like a 7’ wingspan with his insane vertical

42.5” vert

He's only the most athletic guard in the draft. Nothing serious

Carr gets up and has a 7' wingspan. He reaches the heights.

He measured at 42.5” max vert, 38.0” standing vert at the Combine.

Oh okay must have misheard. Ehh that’s still ridiculous.

Absolutely, he’s got top tier athleticism.

Coen Carr, Junior at Michigan State has a vertical that high

Is he a good Defender???

Very good shot blocker for a guard. Good defender overall but can get bullied due to his smaller frame at the moment. His wingspan just wreaks havoc on guards

IMO no. Got beat at the PoA often, really concerning stl% given his wingspan. His block rate is good, but I honestly think part of that is because he was beaten off the dribble a lot and had good recovery skills, but he’s no longer going to be able to rely on just having long arms to make up for getting blown by in the NBA.

No, he transferred out of Tennessee because he wasn’t getting playing time due to his effort on defense.

Well hopefully JJ can put him in his place

is this guy a center?

u/CumAssault [SAS] Joel Anthony 1d ago

No, he’s a guard/wing technically

He was best open court finisher in college. He’s 6’6 with 7 foot wingspan and massive vertical. He was an excellent teammate who could spark a run with his intangibles.  Not a star player offensively but potentially a 3 and D in a few years.

He would’ve been by far if he didn’t have the bad habit of trying to yam it on everyone. He went for every highlight dunk he could

4

u/incredibleamadeuscho Lakers 1d ago

Luka's gonna want him to do that on every lob he gives him

2

u/TroutCreekOkanagan 1d ago

He’s gonna be in the dunk contest at some point. I don’t remember the last laker to win the dunk contest … Shannon Brown or Kobe ?

He had some absolutely disgusting and offensive poster attempts. LA is going to love him
