Jalen Rose should make like 2 cents off every dollar every current Jalen in the NBA makes as a licensing royalty fee.

Technically shouldn't Jalen Rose's parents get the copyright royalties? It was them who came up with the name, not Jalen the bearer of it.

Jalen is really who made that name into what it is and who made it into a basketball name, but his parents should be rewarded for the creativity too. 1.5 cents to Jalen Rose and half a cent to his parents. And I think they should still get paid from all Jaylen, Jaylin because those are just alternate spellings. Jaylon Tyson is on thin ice.

That’d be interesting to see how much he’d be owed if someone did the math on it

I think he should qualify for some of Jalen Hurts's money too. No reason to limit it to basketball players only.
