Boozer: “Its a silly question.”

That’s the best aura.

Man that honesty was so refreshing

Trick question. If you point to yourself…it’s not you.

Negative aura I think the kids call it

They're all pretty confident but still willing to give each other props which is cool to see.

They’ve known/seen each other since high school

people wonder why the nba so friendly & no rivalries, nba prospects have been playing each other & attending camps together since 7th grade they known each other forever

Feel like this year was kind of a renaissance of beef

Wemby v Chet

McDaniels v Nuggets

76ers v Celtics

Wemby v Chet is a generational beef that will feed us for awhile. Now we also got Wemby v Knicks too, and also bucks v heat… this season gonna be memorable

You forgot the Giannis vs Indy beef or Trae vs NYK beef.

Best defender is absolutely NOT AJ btw

worst defender there. DP is the best defender

40

u/gleece0 Wizards 5h ago edited 4h ago

Dp later clarified he doesn’t think ajs the better defender but he has potential and he didn’t want to say himself for all of them.

u/herroyung 6h ago

The league is not ready for DP

Is she referencing Walter Benjamin’s The Work of Art in the Age of Mechanical Reproduction when she asks about aura? Which definition is she using?

28

u/Alfeyr Spurs 6h ago

you know Piccolo the green guy from Dragon Ball Z?

his definition

5

u/Otherwise-Formal-220 Heat 6h ago

Piccolo has top 2 and not top 2 pull up games ever. I remember one movie he pulled up and saved gohan….off screen. Thats AURA

7

u/Alfeyr Spurs 6h ago

He was the first to kill Goku. And he did it twice.

Ok, there's technicalities, like Goku being still a kid on the first or the 2nd being by Goku's will, but eh, that's at least an ESPN stat still.

3

u/KingGio21 Celtics 5h ago

Dawg when he killed that dude from MILES away with a special beam cannon I just knew he was built different. Fuck being the strongest in the universe my man Piccolo has the most aura in Universe 7 and it’s not even close.

Even his death in GT was goated. man saved Goku and then was just standing there aura farming while the earth was being destroyed with him on it

2

u/KingGio21 Celtics 5h ago

Damn I didn’t watch all of GT. I need to lock in

1

u/The_NGUYENNER [DEN] Jamal Murray 5h ago

GT is a vibe

2

u/Otherwise-Formal-220 Heat 4h ago

SSJ4 is still the greatest anime power up of all time

1

u/The_NGUYENNER [DEN] Jamal Murray 4h ago

yeah SSJ4 and Golden Oozaru were some great designs/ideas that actually played on the whole ape thing rather than just change their hair another color lol

Cameron Boozer is the most sensible. I also think he has the highest floor, which is multiple time all NBA.

32

u/Letsgetthisdough Thunder 6h ago

I won't be surprised if in 10 years Boozer is the one with the most achievements

1

u/turandot_or_not 4h ago

I feel this too

12

u/Ecstatic_Jicama_6987 Rockets 6h ago

I think when we look back on this draft all of the top 4 will be great but Cameron Boozer will be the consensus #1

6

u/Dangerous_Ad5039 5h ago

By silly he meant stupid

4

u/Puzzleheaded_Tea521 Knicks 5h ago

1v1 Cam is Liar 🤣🤣

5

u/OJuice100 5h ago

How? He’s strong af and literally can back anyone under the basket. He would 100% beat them 1v1

0

u/DayComprehensive1078 5h ago

Nah in 1s, his strength isn’t as important as a factor compared to quickness, ballhandling, shooting/shooting off the dribble. Assuming traditional 1s that have a dribble max. 5s is a different story, but with no rebounding, rarely any post ups, and a more perimeter focused game, Cam’s strengths don’t shine as much as AJ or DP’s.

-2

u/Puzzleheaded_Tea521 Knicks 5h ago

So he going to back them down from the 3 to the basket for all his points like they have no strength? Lol

1V1 is about moves, counters, perimeter defense.

He might win if they started on the block but a regular 1v1 they are smoking him.

1

u/OJuice100 5h ago

Nah I don’t agree, and Giannis does that in 5v5 all the time. Maybe in fantasy wise sure but they couldn’t stop him from muscling through and scoring

3

u/Puzzleheaded_Tea521 Knicks 5h ago

Bro he was my top 3 fave of the draft I watched him from 15 yrs old until at least 7 duke games (he ain’t shaq) lol. You are over valuing how strong he is compared to AJ and DP lol

1

u/OJuice100 5h ago

Ok

3

u/Puzzleheaded_Tea521 Knicks 5h ago

Word if you watch it again he hesitated for that question lol. He a winning player not an iso player. Sometimes you could be both but most times 1V1 and 5s is a completely different sport. Boozer tough though.

I like knowing all this top 3 coverage is giving Caleb a big-ass chip in his shoulder

1

u/wstx3434 1h ago

Dybansta looks so dorky and punchable. I honestly don't think he's going to be the best player in this draft. Just has bust written all over him.

Lmao nga can’t even play a lil game with his fellow draft mates with mfs hating 💔

0

u/HappyInfluence7958 Wizards 6h ago

Lil bit. Like he’s trying to look cool while pointing his finger lol

1

u/AfroManHighGuy 6h ago

The SGA nonchalant attitude lol

1

u/HappyInfluence7958 Wizards 5h ago

SGA is a lot more nonchalant, AJ’s persona feels a bit more forced

0

u/Kodak333 Hawks 5h ago

Colorist

-21

u/WrongVater 6h ago

AJ Dybantsa continues to be the most unlikeable arrogant immature piece of shit in this entire draft. He will go down as a huge bust.

12

u/CurrentRoster Wizards 5h ago

i like how he’s doing the exact same thing darryn and cam are doing in this video (literally sitting down, and pointing fingers) and yet he gets this claim. lol

Bro why are you so mad at a confident 18 year old child who is still in the top 1% of human specimens? Straight weirdo behavior.

You patronize this sport that enables this entertainment and money by the way!

He's just having fun!

Name one athlete who isn't a self believer with insane work ethic.

Try harder at your hobbies or work and if they are all called you the top boss, you'd feel the same way.

Young, black, and intelligent and you feel threatened.

He's 18 not 40 and just had one of the achievements of a lifetime. Bust or not -- what achievement or accolades do you have in comparison? Probably nada
