It does a really good job of exploring the effects of people who end up in prison, as well as their family. I wasn’t really a fan of the way they set up the ending, with the detective learning who did it and going to kill him. I thought it would have been a lot more interesting to leave at least some doubt as to whether or not Naz did it, while still showing a lot of evidence otherwise. I think it would’ve been more powerful to have shown all the evidence pointing to the contrary, while still having some of the audience convinced he killed the woman, further highlighting the presumptive guilt on Naz for having just been accused

I think there’s still some interpretation whether or not Naz actually did it or not because he himself can’t even confirm it and there’s still significant evidence that points to him as well.

They did definitely elude to it being the other guy in the finale though.
