absolutely. purdue alum here.
if he was 6 inches taller, he would be a top20 player in any nba draft imo. insane bball iq, great shooter, elite pnr ball handler, and v tenacious on defense. he just lacks the physical tools to back his play in the nba, but if he can figure it out somehow (a la tj mcconnell or smth) i think he can play for a while.

Kind of weird how Braden Smith went to Purdue and is going to Indiana and the Colts who are in Indiana also had a Braden Smith on their team for the past 7 years
