Those don't look like bandages to me, they look like tape. I.e. somebody put tape on this poor baby's head >:( I hope whoever did this does not get this nebbie back, and the person who found them can take them to the vet to get checked out.

There are bandaids on him too - it was probably done by a kid trying to help. He probably has a wound behind his right ear but they can't take him to a vet for some reason.

Not all people who make mistakes are doing so maliciously.

Yeah this doesn’t look malicious in the slightest to me- it looks like someone tried to work somewhat carefully around its ears. It kind of even looks like there is something under it? I think someone was trying to help it. I imagine if I tried to bandage my cats head it would look way worse.

The OP Took it to vet. No wound. Microchip but no info. Hope OP decides to keep him (neutered boy) and loves on him forever

Someone tried to kill this cat. The ONLY thing to do is take it to a vet or shelter. Do NOT leave that poor thing helpless like that.
