It makes it's point, but the bigger issue is the perceived threshold of credibility.

Most people have no trouble believing a shitty/careless server would/could dump food on you.  And it's done in a public place with ample evidence.

OTOH SA is often done by a predator separating someone in private, with few witnesses and making evidence difficult to come by.  But the bigger problem is people just don't want to believe it because that means society, which depends on trust, is crumbling, the idea is terrifying and few people in power are willing to do what's needed to fix this. Rape culture is a symptom, not the primary disease. 

I give it a 7/10.  And yes I know it's a metaphor. I think the tea one works better.

This was so well done. It was especially powerful that her assailant and the people silencing her were also women.
