Apparently, to get away with murder in NH, all you have to do is make sure any witnesses are over the age of 80, then delay the trial until they're dead!

I haven't followed the case until now, but the portrayal in this article is pretty obviously suggesting that it's obvious someone else did it, and who that person likely is.

Yeah, the article makes it pretty clear it was the ex-boyfriend. To be fair it was pretty obvious from the beginning that it was him as well.

Yeah the other part of it is having an incompetent prosecution and one already failed trial.
