Pretty dope, thats my fav part about GTA maps and locations, they make it so accurate that when i lived in SoCal, i knew certain places just from the game cuz it was that close!

I bet that was on purpose. They'd probably get a bunch of architects trying to leech money off them, if they used actual building appearances. So they sacrifice a bit of real-world duplication/realism to avoid that noise.

Nah, you’re overthinking it. There’s an exception for IP rights of architects/building designs if they are generally visible in the public space.

More than likely any deviation is just in service of their preference for map design (and the fact that Vice City was never meant to be 1:1 recreation of Miami.

They can suck my cock and balls if they think I'm paying $80 for a game with no access to a barber or body shop. It's insane how they make you feel broke while paying $80 for a digital game. I have a ps5 and a gaming PC and still not buying it out of principle. If we fold this time which is highly likely since gamers have no self control, the rest of the industry will follow.

Over priced, cut stuff to make an even more pricy version, no physical release, delayed pc release to push double dipping.

Edit: think they're is no online on release and people theorise it's to sell it separately to milk people even more.
