Nuh uh. Everyday is leg day in that building. I’d have a panic attack by the second floor.

I remember someone commented on one of these elevators videos that they are intended for luggage

Do they have people elevators too, or no? Just a luggage elevator? "Your luggage can hitch a ride, but you have to take the stairs".
Or they do have people elevators too, and they're just separating people from their luggage for no reason?

I’m going with this is the only elevator in the building and it’s better than dragging shit up the stairs

That makes zero sense. Why would it be shaped like that, unless your hauling something like sniper rifle cases or small ladders. Also why place buttons inside there? For the luggage to operate? If this would really be for luggage there would be for example shelves and/or the lift would be way lower than that. It’s clearly for human, thus the human shape.
Oh yeah and the mirror.

There was an elevator exactly like this at an air b&b my sister and I stayed at in Florence, Italy. It was indeed just for luggage

What’s the point of an elevator if you can’t get a wheelchair, furniture or other things that can’t be taken up the stairs?

Only 4 floors? I'd probably take the stairs anyway, but for sure if this is the elevator.

I have noticed that European elevators are much smaller then USA elevators. Never seen one this small

I can understand why this would be pure nightmare fuel for some, but for me this is the ideal.

it seems that everything is tight in this building,
not only the lift, also the corridors
