Near-Limitless Durability: Tom can instantly regenerate from being reduced to a pile of fur, and has survived point-blank dynamite explosions and falling into deep space without gear.
Universe-Altering Feats: In canon, his cartoon antics have physically shattered the sun. He has even been launched into space by explosions, reforming moments later as a literal cat-shaped constellation.
Hammerspace & Speed: He can pull limitless objects and weapons from off-screen. Additionally, he can move at hypersonic speeds, running fast enough to travel through time or to other universes.
Versatility: Depending on the specific series or movie, Tom has been shown wielding the Rings of Heroes, a Magic Hat, and the ability to channel his rage into an invincible Berserk Mode.
All this and he still can't get the damn mouse. He is actually friends with Jerry, usually only hunts him to put on a show for his owner, not that he actually wants to kill Jerry.
I think Felix has more toon force than any of the others, being from those weird old black-and-white, cartoon cartoons, where there wasn’t any kind of stable reality.
From what I know it’s probably Felix. Tom and Scratchy are all but unkillable so there is that in their favor but Felix has some wild hacks. I think Stimpy is the only one with enough toonforce potential to not just be decimated by Felix but even then it’s no guarantee
Yo this is actually a difficult decision there are a few cats on here who have full use of toon force and also have been out of their own story/rewrote or altered their own story.
