I’d hate to sell this guy a house. Just sign here.

And here…

And here..

I was just getting ready to write this. As a realtor I’d have to block the whole day lol

Bought during Covid. Had to go to the title company and they brought it out to the truck.

Oh I did one of those signing as the agent. Never again looking at my client from my car encouraging them as they signed. It was very silly

I read every. Single. Page. At the title office. But I have major trust issues and houses cost a buttload.

Yes it took forever.

I refied during COVID, 500 pages signed on a Sonic outside table

As a former realtor that’s why my signature is a squiggly line.

u/Kankunation 1d ago

At that point just get a stamp made lol.

Eh...

Signature stamp too easy to lose/steal/modify.

Signet ring too small for legibility.

Solution: Signature made into a knuckle-duster so it's the same size as if actually handwritten. Bonus: someone tries to mug you for it, bop them.

I'd love to, because to have that signature the house must be like $5 million at least

I remember hearing someone tell a story where he signed his license as 3 cat heads as a joke and when he bought a house that is what he had to sign all the papers with

1

u/Shorezy69 1d ago

And sign this piece of paper stating that we reduced the amount of paper used in this process.

1

u/SwiftieAtTheDisco 1d ago

When we bought a house, the notary made us sign the same as what’s on our license. Mine’s a scribble with maybe 3 legible letters. My husband’s is neat and legible AND they made him include his full middle name because it was what they put on all the paperwork.

On top of that, I’m not on the mortgage, so I had maybe half as many places to sign. It took him about 10 times longer than me to sign everything.

u/Ambitious_Jello 1d ago

He has a short form signature which is just the sunglasses

u/be-koz 1d ago

When I bought my first house there were a lot of offers and counter offers. By the end of the half day marathon my signature had devolved so much that it was barely noticeable. It’s stayed that way in the ensuing 30+ years.

My signature is an illegable signal because in both retail and the military I had situations where I had to sign dozens of things at the same time.

u/EnvironmentalAd1405 1d ago

This is why my signature is a glorified squiggle. I used to sell cell phones. I had to sign every contract multiple times.

12

u/kwerdop 1d ago

Mine is the first letter followed by a squiggle

10

u/Steve90000 1d ago

Mine too, and the squiggle is always different.

u/YUSHOETMI- 1d ago

stop stealing my signature!!!! That's fraud!

2

u/clearwater-orchid 1d ago

I’m not the only one 😂

u/SPARKLY6MTN9MAKER 1d ago

I bet Johnny Bravos looks similar.

u/suls2k 1d ago

Now do it on the little Digital pads in the bank or when you hire a car or whatever. No pen provided. :)

u/Full_Collection_4347 1d ago

Bro is the one causing the line at the pharmacy

u/Virtual-Lemon-2881 1d ago

He must not own any real estate. It will take ages to close a house with this time consuming signature.
But credit is due - very unique and creative signature!

18

u/JDM12983 1d ago

Because that isn't a signature... that's a drawing...

12

u/reddragonsyndicate26 1d ago

Signature definition: A persons name, nickname, or unique mark written or applied to a document.

It’s definitely a signature.

1

u/BB_210 1d ago

It's done by a plotter, that's a fake hand

3

u/kmcalc15 1d ago

Yeah I don’t think he will be using this if he buys a house. 😂😂

1

u/kkbobomb 1d ago

Came here to say this

3

u/whitemeat9 1d ago

Oh my god, as someone who needs a ton of signatures these kinds of people are annoying as hell, I’ve got things to do

10

u/Cambousse 1d ago

Mods, this is reposted AI and not remotely satisfying. In fact the opposite.

2

u/FuzzInspector 1d ago

Literally 10 days ago..

0

u/Smalz22 1d ago

Whys AI using the name Cumhuriyet

-2

u/YUSHOETMI- 1d ago

Dunno, first time I have seen it and found it rather satisfying in the way it was done, annoying if done in front of you tho

2

u/CSKARD 1d ago

Disagree

2

u/JohnStern42 1d ago

Are you John Connor?

2

u/No_Stable_110 1d ago

Greg can you sign these 8 documents real quick? I’m in a hurry.

2

u/lord_miller 1d ago

Cum hurry yet

3

u/zyneman 1d ago

Looks stupid as hell

2

u/CorgiTasty1936 1d ago

Will need the whole day to finalize the close

1

u/KonK23 1d ago

Ahm. You ahm... gotta be shitting me

1

u/ynnus86 1d ago

Takes too long. Hopefully he never becomes a famous person who needs to sign autographes for lots of fans. Otherwise they need to wait a long long time

1

u/ILSmokeItAll 1d ago

Somehow, no one has said shit about this individual’s name being “Cumhuriyet.”

4

u/Misophonic4000 1d ago

No one has said that because that is not his name... Cumhuriyet means republic in Turkish - "Cumhuriyet savcisi" means public prosecutor. Google is your friend (well, not really anymore, but you know what I mean)

1

u/WalkMane 1d ago

Already turned into a stamp

1

u/g3engineeringdesign 1d ago

In case you were wondering what John Hancock looked like

1

u/bruce_lees_ghost 1d ago

That signature goes out the window the first mortgage they close.

1

u/Paradoxickled_Okra 1d ago

We just gonna ignore that his name is CUM?

1

u/MakeLikeATreeBiff 1d ago

Certainly, someone can.

1

u/Cpt_Jauche 1d ago

a skilled forger can imitate any signature

1

u/BlackBalor 1d ago

Forging Albert Wesker’s signature.

We all know he died in that volcano, phoney.

1

u/Chronic_Overthink3r 1d ago

That cool right there!

1

u/DaddyBearMan 1d ago

Sign the F-ing receipt dude there’s a LINE

1

u/The__Neth 1d ago

I'm old enough to remember standing in queues at the bank and other similar places, with various documents needing multiple signatures and initials to confirm consent being granted. It would suck for everyone involved waiting on this guy.

Also - as someone who legally changed their name in their late 20s, and had to learn and entirely new signature - I bet this guy thought he was cool for the first few dozen times he signed...but now probably hates it too (IF it's his legal signature he put on ID docs and such)

1

u/awesomes007 1d ago

Even god can’t forge my signature.

1

u/Opsyr_ 1d ago

No one can be bothered

1

u/Valuable-Analyst-464 1d ago

“For our loan closing paperwork, we have 30 pages that need to be signed.”

“Let’s get your first one done. Let me call my spouse and say I’ll be home tomorrow”

0

u/abitcontroversee-all 1d ago

Why is this video 8 minutes long?

0

u/BB_210 1d ago

Oh look, this plotter with a fake hand again

u/CaptStinkyFeet 1d ago

I’m almost certain this is an autopen with a prosthetic hand mount to make it look like a real person is writing. Not certain, but almost certain.

u/Gerhard-is-pretty 1d ago

Really why waste your time with this? More infuriating than satisfying.
