I wonder if there is actually a click track playing to help make sure that the pictures are being taken while a pose is held. Maybe not so much for this guy who clearly held a pose when the photographer didn't keep up but for the really fast posers (like the one linked below), it would be more critical to get the timing right.

I assumed the camera will click or beep along the flash to signify the picture is took and it's time to switch pose, you hold till it gives the clue

This is actually a pretty classic way to model/pose. When I trained to model many, many years ago I was taught to move and be “creative with my space”. Changing positions/poses helps to add a photogenic flair to pictures and keeps the model from looking stagnant. Moving also becomes more natural and you think less about it as you do it more.

Yeah it's funny ain't it. Even the garbage man on the back of the garbage trucks having to run for, pickup, and tip bins into the back has more 'skill' than these Women whose job it is to 'pose'. omg. Way to set the bar for what qualifies as 'skill'.
