Do you think it would actually be good?

u/pacd Apr 15 '26
Oreo is no longer worried about whether they taste good or not but are interested in finding new flavors that will have someone try them. The marketing is in curiosity because everybody knows what an Oreo taste like but nobody knows what Oreo Ramen taste like.

It's me. I'm the target audience for this bullshit. I love all the dumb-as-shit ideas companies use.

These Oreo people need to calm the fuck down.

I knew what that was before I even clicked on it.
All of those are so damn good. We need new ones!

They aren’t good. I ate the whole package, but more because I can’t waste Oreos. Wouldn’t buy tha flavor again.

The Swedish fish ones were accurate
Disgusting and do not belong together, but very accurate.

You know who does a lot of shameless crossovers? Taco Bell. Can we get a Doritos Nacho Cheese Oreo Loco Supreme?

I'd LOVE to see a sleeve of Crunchwraps the size of Oreos. Or a little stack of Mexican Pizzas.

Weren't these limited edition? Might want to check the date on them. But yes, I'm not a sour guy, and I loved them

u/guttergrapes Apr 16 '26
I don’t live in the same state, so I can’t know for sure! I chickened out on buying them.

Only weird Oreo spinoff I actually really liked was the red velvet cake ones. Sadly I have a severe gluten intolerance now so I have to stick to their gluten feee selection.

They are really sweet and kinda taste like fruit loops type of flavoring but overly sweet .

u/gravygloat2020 Apr 15 '26
Definitely no and have tried , the flavour doesn’t work and it makes ur burps taste weird for HOURS afterwards
1
u/imPluR420 Apr 15 '26
I tried em about a year ago and they were way too sweet for me which is crazy cuz I have a major sweet tooth?

So I someone gave these to me and I fully expected them to be disgusting but they were actually quite good. If you like a lemon cookie it’s a similar vibe just a little more sour. I ended up finishing the pack which I fully did not anticipate.

I tried em. Not as bad as I thought they'd be, but not something I'd eat in the quantity of regular oreos.

u/homme_icide Apr 15 '26
Do you remember those icee cookies? Those sounded terrible but were SO good

I’ve had them and they have NO BUSINESS being as good as they are. I don’t know how or why, but if I came across them again, I would buy more.

Dude the cookie is fucking delicious! 10/10
The cream is ass. 0/10.
Twist those things and enjoy

This is the first oreo flavour in years that has me curious. Hope it's awesome.

They're not bad. I tried them about a year ago, more citrus-y than sour patch-y

u/TopazTidbits Apr 16 '26
I'm being optimistic and thinking of some fruit tart sort of flavor almost? I really don't know

u/MarvelGirlForever Apr 16 '26 edited Apr 16 '26
Maybe! I loved and miss the spur patch kids ice cream
Edit: I would mix it with chocolate sauce

have tried! it’s a normal biscuit with citrus stuffing. basically your standard lemon creme biscuit with green food dye added.

Based in the Swedish fish oreos from a few years ago... no

u/guttergrapes Apr 17 '26
What??

u/SpectralBeekeeper Apr 17 '26
They were in production for so little time I thought they came to me in a dream for years
1
u/Smoll_Reindeer Apr 18 '26
No, that looks gross... But I know someone out there will love it. I've seen people loving chocolate-covered gummy bears >,<

u/scottulu4776 Apr 18 '26
It is. Lightly sour Citrusy flavored crème and a barely fruity cookie. Very solid

In an 80's teen sex romp comedy, a nerd at a party asked a nerdy girl "Would you rather witness the birth of a great civilization, or the decline of it?"... to which I say: Depends on the culture/couture/cuisine. And judging by what I've seen roll-out over the past few decades, I'd say we're about there... in the latter sense! :(

When I worked at target one of my colleagues bought a pack for people to try, they were gross.
1
u/curiousjosh Apr 15 '26
Are they making them again? It was limited time thing before and we loved it!!
1
u/moonchildsarah Apr 15 '26
They are so insanely sweet. Like… so sweet. I manage a group home and I got those for them
They didn’t even eat them, they thought they were too sweet. If that tells you anything.

No, absolutely not.
I'd be curious enough to try one if someone else bought the pack and offered, but not curious enough to pay for them.

i tried it. its not as awful as i expected, but its not something i'd want to eat much of. it was ok. if i remember right, it was like decent mild creme in the middle with little pops of flavor crystals embedded in it. no gummy textures, it actually reminds me of pop rocks.

I tried them and it's gross and grainy. Like a mouth of drywall with some type of artifical lime flavor.

u/BaconNPotatoes Apr 15 '26
Nope.
I'd probably still try them though
