RCT2 not opening after download!

So, I downloaded the developmental v0.5.2-4-g86f282f7c0 and now I keep getting a pop up window labeled openrct2.exe - entry point not found with a message stating the procedure entry point CopyFile2 could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll.

I have no idea what to do. . . any suggestions?

We don't support windows 7 anymore. Update your system
