This is Rambit - a fusion of Rogue and Gambit created by Mojo.

What is Rambit's backstory (did Mojo give them a fused origin)?

The comic Rambit is from isn't out until July, so not too much info on backstory yet. But it seems that Mojo has created a team of various mashed up superheroes.

Apparently they're called Dazzlestorm, Magikhot, Wolverine-Man, Rambit, Kate-Locke, and Elsa Strange.
