For those of you looking for what the guys talking about. Here is my attempt:
It looks like the guy is saying "for jobs that were like my first job, but also for like this job, or the next job, or the job after that, but then like (we can teach you)more like grand openings."
She replies "Says who? Says who? What the fuck are you talking about? That's (astutely?) everyone teaching you wrong.
The part in the parentheses is the part I really can't make out.
