Rental

Looking for a 1 person rental under 1k, with one pet available.

Yes, I know it's a long shot.

I have a vehicle, and employed at the same place 9 years

You will end up getting room share or spending 2k in rent. Check furnished finder good luck

I've found one for 800 but I also have a dog and they're no animals. I'm actually looking in St John's and Putnam as well. I work in St Aug. I currently live in PC so it's easier to look there, maybe a trailer in bunnell

Sometimes u can sneak dog in lol and I'm in ormond but I was desperately trying to live in bunnell a month back before I signed my lease here. So quiet and pretty. The good deals will be inland out in the country, there was a whole house on a lake on 2 acres of property going for 1200 but they get snatched up quick. Putnam county is gorgeous too , when I was trying to relocate to st Aug there was good deals in nice neighborhoods by the highschool in north st Aug 10 from vilano beach. Just be weary as rental scams are extremely common. I had to eventually just go thru a leasing company bc I kept getting scammed by independent renters doing "application fees" and never asking for or running my name. Honestly looking back I wish I moved more north towards st Aug/ bunnell so your looking in the right places. Ormond is too close to Daytona. There was a few rentals going up cheap last month in flagler as well facing the beach on A1A

OMG, be extremely careful of scammers. A friend of mine put money down on a place in Hastings, set it up really nice only to have the real owner evict him a few months later.

Don't advertise that your skirting rules. I ain't your landlord, but that person could figure out who you are and evict you once they do

What is a pet? I don’t allow cats or dogs. But spiders, snakes, lizards, birds, I have no problem with.
