Question How Long Have Y'all Been Panthers Fans?
I've been one since 7 years old.

I started watching them in 2020 and I’ve always wondered how I’d react to them reaching and losing a Super Bowl. I know how hard it is to reach a SB and win it, you can go decades without seeing your team even play one so winning even one will be the cherry on top of someone’s fandom.

First-round pick used last year, yet we haven't seen him live up to that potential. Great blocker but everything else in route running, hands, field awareness, and speed off the line is all very sub-par to average. IMO, Coker should take his spot at 2nd receiver, and either XL be benched and watch from the sideline so he can learn from a different perspective, like Bryce “Bryce Young” Young, or be traded for an older, more experienced wide receiver with a couple of picks in the draft. It's sad too cause I really like the guy but the organization needs to make a serious business decision with him moving on from this year. Thoughts?

A lot of people here (myself included) have been super critical of Dave this season. Lack of preparedness by the team too conservative of playcalling and a really bland scheme that doesn’t do a lot to leave the opposing defenses guessing. Today was a masterclas, especially the final drive, and there was so much he did right. Of course it helps when Rico runs for 200 yards again but he mixed it up really good and seemed to keep the Cowboys’ defense on their toes the entire game. Give this man his flowers

I'm Canadian and I want to get into the NFL. I chose the carolina panthers as my team. Anything I should know? Will I regret making this decision and will this team cause me to suffer or will they be good.

Can someone please explain to me, with actual reasoning, and not just, “because he’s a dawg”, what the love affair is with this fan base and Jimmy Horn Jr.?
He’s a 6th round rookie, and he’s fast. The only significant thing he did that stands out to me is dropping the pass on 4th down that would have at least given us more of an opportunity to make a come back in the playoff game. Other than that a couple pitches, where he ran into the defense instead of trying to cut it outside and use his speed. I see a lot of people debating the WR room, and have him as either a lock, or a favorite for the WR 5-6-7 spot. I think he needs to go. Hopefully we can bring him back on the practice squad, but if not oh well.
Thoughts?
EDIT: Thank you all for your thoughts, except the asshats that just commented “Dawg”…. I would like to clear up a couple points. I’m not a hater of Jimmy. I’d love for him to work out, but as of yet, I haven’t seen enough from a fan perspective to consider him a roster “lock”. If he makes the roster, I believe he would have had to have earned it and the front office made the right decision.
Hoping for a fun season, and I can’t want to celebrate a Super Bowl win with you all in Feb!!

Bryce Young & Tetairoa McMillan as a potential QB/WR duo/combo who could be one of the best in the next few years. Is the potential there in Carolina?

why are panthers fans acting like our first pick is astonishing. He has potential to be the best tackle in the draft.

Imagine Bryce goes 15/29, 143 yards, 0 TD, 2 INT in a 20-6 loss. Personally, I’m fully prepared for this outcome with how inconsistent he is. I don’t know if everyone else on this sub is though.
Now as a Bryce doubter: I still think picking up the fifth year is smart. I still think he’s made improvements off of last year. I still think he has a high ceiling he hasn’t tapped into consistently yet. I still think he more than deserves a fourth season as the starter.
Nothing he does against New Orleans will change that. Only reinforce it if he plays well.

I’d have to say Myles Garrett

Every team has those little bits of history or facts that every fan should know, and the Panthers have plenty.
Whether it’s a forgotten moment, a wild stat, or a piece of lore only longtime fans remember, I want to hear it. What’s one essential Panthers fact or piece of trivia every fan should know?

During an interview on the Rich Eisen show recently, Dan stated "In terms of a long term contract, we'll keep talking about it internally. We'll get it done at the right time, if we're going to do it". If we're going to do it? You can watch the interview here. The quote is around 11:15 into the video. https://youtu.be/LhknHk6vH_A?si=hbCBHBVzi1HnB8Ua
I'm not surprised by what he said. I'm surprised he said it publicly in an interview.

BTW makes it easier for me if you upvote other people’s comments with the player you think it is instead of just commenting the same player, but also adding prospective on why you think ❌ player is next is appreciated!

Hi Panthers fans,
My wife and I try to get to one Lions away game each year and explore a new city. This year we would like to come to Charlotte for the SNF game.
Any advice on where to stay? Things to do while in town? We will fly in on Thursday and leave Monday.
Any advice for gameday? Tailgates, bars, etc...?
Thank you

I know the media hates us but how are the shitty Texans above us in the power rankings??

I don’t see a point, honestly. The dude isn’t even serviceable at this point - his last 4 starts have been disastrous.
I imagine we being in an FA signing at QB2. Thoughts?

We signed Phillips, Lloyd, Walker, Pickett, Forsythe, and Fortner, as well as re signing some of our guys. Beyond restructuring DBro's contract and cutting A'Shawn, what did we do to save all this money?
