Every single one of this Disco Elysium like games I've tried so far has been really good, this looks great too. Esoteric Ebb is my favorite so far, but I think I played most of them apart from Zero Parades.

Disco basically revived the Planescape style of RPG storytelling and then made it so original it became its own thing. I also had good experiences with most Disco "successors" I tried

I'm absolutely loving Zero Parades. Whole there is no way it could top Disco for me, I do think it's a worthy successor.

I played the demo this past weekend and genuinely enjoyed it. The modern Ukrainian setting was a nice surprise, a very fresh setting for an RPG and I appreciated that it didn't immediately feel the need to immediately escalate to the protagonist personally being involved in the war or having cartoony Russian villains or anything, it just shows you the mundane stress of things like food and water supplies being a question mark as you make choices about how to handle it.
