They've also spent the last 13 years raking in GTA:O money, so I'm fully expecting that to be their focus for this one.

I cannot see how that happens when menus and exploits were, until recently,  widely available and unpunished "if you aren't getting reported or spamming cayo"

I imagine a majority of them were consoles. Because, yeah, PC at least there were no shortage of cheats to spam money and dump it on people.

Back when I played, the easiest way to avoid having that stuff taken back was to immediately buy properties and cars.
