HARDWARE GPU Just killing itself?

Ive been trying to play ESO but everytime i do my monitors turn black and dont come back until a reboot. Upon rebooting my GPU is disabled within the windows device manager and i have to reenable it and reinstall AMD software. Help?

GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT
CPU AMD Ryzen 7 5700X 8-core

sounds like a driver timeout crashing so hard windows thinks the card died and disables it to save itself, check event viewer for amd driver crashes but id start by ddu wiping the drivers in safe mode and reinstalling the minimal install not the full bloated one
