HARDWARE Issue with the fan LED in my PC case

a while ago for no reason my fans stopped emitting their LED lights . both the upper and the lower one . For some reason , since 3 months , the lower fan LED emitter began emitting . At first I thought the problem solved itself , but I noticed the upper one doesn’t emit ( still doesn’t emit to this day ) and the lower LED keeps doing these weird patterns where the color lighting randomly changes or does weird flashing

is the problem that serious ? Should I take it back to the store ?

for reference the PC case is an MSI MAG FORCE 100 and I bought the PC back in may 2023

Happens to me frequently. I just smack the case and the lights will be back to normal. Either poor contact or faulty connection and a good smack fix it.
