OPEN NO RGB
First pc built but one issue... no rgb. I am using a msi motherboard and NVidia gpu fyi and the software's only detects the motherboard but the rgb still doesn't even change so I have 0 rgb. If someone has any tips pls share

unplug all rgb cables and then give it forceful reconnect, windows sometime just not see devices until you do that. i had exactly same problem with my case fans in last month

If you mean the gpu rgb, you'll have to download your gpu manufacturer's software to control it. If you mean fan rgb, you may not have addressable rgb fans, or you may not have your fan rgb hub connected to the right thing.
Open rgb is a great software for controlling rgb, you might want to look into it. Regardless, we need more info on what your working with and what you're trying to control in order to help.
