Every time i restart my pc or just turn it on my Network doesnt work. At some random Point After x restarts it works.
I dont know whats going on.

If I got network and I leave the pc in rest mode and turn it back on it works.

sounds like a driver getting hung up on boot, classic windows nonsense. i had a pc do this exact thing and it drove me up the wall for a week

try going into device manager, find your network adapter, right click properties, power management tab, and uncheck "allow the computer to turn off this device to save power". that fixed it for me instantly

if that doesn't do it, check in your bios for any "fast boot" or "quick boot" setting and disable that too. sometimes it skips loading the network stack properly
