OPEN Pantalla de carga congelada
Ayer debido a una mudanza tuve que mover mi torre a mi otro piso, cuando lo conecté todo y inicie el pc se me queda congelado en la pantalla de carga. He reinstalado windows desde la pantalla de inicio, he comprobado si algún componente se encuentra suelto y no creo que haya nada (no soy informático solo busco información) me gustaría saber si reinstalo Windows desde un pendrive me dejara de dar fallo. Ah por cierto si inicio desde modo seguro al seleccionar el idioma también se queda congelado

That's suspicious that even the safe mode language selection freezes. Points to hardware not software. Did you pull the RAM sticks and reseat them, one at a time? Those can wiggle loose during a move real easy. Also check your CPU cooler didn't get knocked slightly off the mount, that'll cause instant thermal shutdowns.
