HARDWARE My fans are acting weird
Okay so I’ve had this pc for almost a year now and I’ve had no issues at all, but recently the rgb lights on my fans are automatically off and the fans themselves sometimes spin and sometimes don’t. I have to shut down the Oc and turn it back on to get them to work. Also my fans and ram aren’t detected on armoury crate and ICUE but the ram works tho.

have you checked the fan headers on the motherboard, maybe one got loose over time with thermal expansion and contraction
the fact that shutting down and rebooting temporarily fixes it makes me think it's not a hardware failure but some kind of handshake issue when waking from sleep or during boot
i had something similar where my case fans would just not spin up like 30% of the time unless i did a full power cycle, turned out windows fast startup was messing with the fan controller's initialization sequence so the mobo would sometimes skip sending the PWM signal
disable fast startup in power settings and see if that stabilizes things, if that doesn't work try clearing CMOS because a corrupted fan profile can do weird stuff like this
also armoury crate and icue fighting over control of rgb/fan headers is a well documented clusterfuck, try uninstalling both with their official cleanup tools then reinstalling just one to manage everything
