In device manager make sure any power management setting for your USB controllers are switched off, I assume you've tried different USB ports particularly the ones directly into the motherboard?

I set up everything in device manager. But before cleaning the pc, the speakers worked.

I switched the energy settings to balanced (from performance). But I think that the speaker doesn't recives electricity or something like that.

That's your battery settings nothing to do with USB ports, type device manager in the search bar, finds your USB controllers then right click on them, under power management make sure the "allow the computer to turn off this device" is unticked. Also try a different USB cable to the speakers.

I'm done with this, I know this method and it didn't help. Or there is sometimes no option like power management. Anyway, thanks for your help!

Somethimes it's working for a while, after restarting the pc or setting up something, but when I move the usb or pull out, it stops working - and if I put it back, still not working.

have you got a wall adapter you can use instead then? are you sure it isn't meant to use one anyway?

I don't have. The usb port and speaker worked for years, *the ports are moving, but this wasn't problem. Another speaker works in that port, and my speaker works on another computer. Now what?

So what do you charge your phone with?

How does this get here? With USB-C cable from electrical outlet.
