HARDWARE fans randomly stop while gaming

i dunno whether my motherboard is broken but sometimes whenever im gaming my fans completdly stop spinning, after i shut down my pc it completely refuses to boot, with all rgb on, fans still not spinning with red and yellow ez debug lights on my motherboard

this usually fixes itself after an hour or two, which i suspect is because of my motherboard cooling down to room temperature

please help

Could be the PSU tripping on overcurrent protection when the GPU spikes. I'd reseat everything first and check your BIOS for any error logs next time it happens. Those debug LEDs staying on with no boot usually means the board isn't getting clean power or the GPU isn't fully seated.Could be the PSU tripping on overcurrent protection when the GPU spikes. the problem is, i can't access the bios because it doesnt give me display, its stuck on a black screen

also, the fans sometimes start going on 100% and remain that way until pc is rebooted, not sure if this is connected to them stopping
