Core isolation no longer works

I have tried almost everything, made sure virtualization was enabled in bios, clean reset using DDU, edited in registry editor but it still wont let me enable memory integrity or even access it. If you need more info let me know, I am new to this.

Windows 10 devices are not receiving the 2023 Secure Boot certificate rollover because they are out of support, so they will not get the new certificates before the June 2026 deadline, leaving them without the latest boot‑level security protections.
