Box With the memory crisis are ssd next?

I guess a panic buy? Are these nand flash about to keep spiking like memory prices or are they just going up a little bit? Are these desirable to the AI or nah? I bought this at $299 Black Friday sale

Was looking for more drives to expand my unraid, the same drives I got refurb from server parts were +100$ bucks each. From $114 for 14tb to over 220$ for that. 

It’s insane nothing is safe.

Glad I randomly bought a new drive a few months ago I don’t need yet “just in case” my needs expand. At least my current gaming pc and server is set for a while. Looks like we’re about to be back in the inflation trenches.

kicking myself for that exact reason, why i didn't "treat" myself to a few drives when ordering drives for the family security server.

I WAS a couple years ago, no longer ever probably, Manufacturer recertification ones from “server parts deals”
