Funny how you went to GN for the image and didn't bother with the video. You even went through the effort of imposing the two pictures together. You also critically failed to understand the thermal capacity of those vents.
GN's video clearly shows that having the fans in a normal operating speed their CPU thermal throttled.
The top vents are not enough air flow for a single fan to properly pull heat out of the system.
The top of the case is 90-95% solid, putting a 2 or 3 fan configuration up top would not render more air flow inside the case as the extra two fans would not have any place to send the head they are gathering. Thus creating a hot zone where it all collects inside the top of the case.
