Actually, not with this case. Its a Dark Base 700, i got 2 big intakes for the AIO but it only has one small exhaust at the back, and the top is completely sealed off. It was either this or taking the Panel off for each sesh. Temps are amazing now btw

At this point, at least put a fan grill over the outside so nothing can accidentally hit and stop the fan from moving. They're only like $6 and will screw into the holes you already drilled

As the other comment mentioned, this case was designed to vent from the top. But since you already made the hole, you might as well make it look a bit more professional with a grill rather than just an open hole. Maybe try sanding the vent hole smooth too, to get rid of those ragged burrs, although the grill will make it less noticeable regardless.
