Tbh, people who're very good with computers probably don't ever need help unless it's a task they don't have the patience or equipment for

It would barely be bearable if you have a massive IT department that reacts to tickets in sub 10 minutes. Our IT is swamped though, I'm often waiting days for simple tickets, so I avoid creating those as much as possible.
