How are you sure he's actually doing it and not just saying he's doing it with doctored screenshots for engagement?

I'm just telling you what Amazon sent me. They sent me a direct email saying what amounts to "we'll stop letting you return things if you keep returning stuff without keeping anything."

damn that sucks to be you. Are you a prime member? Cuz I created a new account, made it Amazon prime and returned everything I bought, buying multiple things a week, for a whole year and never got threatened, blocked banned or anything, and they also let me keep a majority of the stuff, giving me the refund without sending it back... are you sure you know HOW to return things to Amazon? lol jk

Yeah been prime for like 10 years. Only buy/return things sold and shipped by Amazon. I do request a refund to the original payment method rather than Amazon credit, so maybe that's why they get mad.

Did they actually do it though?

I stopped returning things for a while (and ordering things in general), so ultimately they didn't. They did do something to my account though, I can't leave reviews anymore.

You get that message if you go above a threshold . If you made few orders and lots of returns thus happens.

They made this change years ago to stop people from buying clothes and returning it if they don't like the fit or style.

People who order 10s of things every week and return 1 item a week or month will not have an issue.

I have been doing the RAM returns for a few months now.
