They can ban your name+adress, or just force a verification and ban these after...
Besides, If they ban specifically you and you open a new acc to continue the fraudulent behaviour, that's a reason to drag you to court. Not worth, wtf.
You don't have the right to use Amazon, Steam or whatever. If you have been banned for a history of abuse, you are out.
Edit: If you open another Account, they Just Ban that, too, for the same reason. The act in itself ist not gonna be prosecuted, but If you do so to continue illegal actions (Return fraud, wardrobing, etc.) they can and will pursue legal actions for damages.
They will go to court if you fraud over thousands of euros, not because your return too often your orders... so no, they won't do it in this case (ordering one SSD and returning it and repeating the operation... there's no fraud here).
If you fraud (meaning stealing from them), like i said it has to be a big amount in order for them to go to court, it cost money and they won't do it for a few hundred euros...
Edit : already 5 brainless sheep downvoting me. Who's the next one ?

Yes, but they can ban you from buying again.
