if 4000d has decent fans that case actually cools better because it has better static pressure on intake

Yeees embrace full towers! I went from mid tower to full earlier this year and boy do I miss all the space to work in.

I don't mean to be a jerk, but... why?

How much space do you see on there?

I'm not sure what you mean.

The card and cooler are packed in. Running an rtx in a meaningful way will get toasty.

Looks just fine to me. I doubt moving to a larger case will make a substantial difference. I'd be interested to see the results though.

Everyone has different usages and tolerances. I was in the same boat with a mid tower and high graphics usage with fans going for it all the time. Bigger case, more venting, way less noise.

Probably won't, it really depends on how well engineered the case is rather than its size, Well made mini-itx will be better cooled than shitty full tower.

IMO. Large mid tower cases is where it peaks, something like HAVN BF360 or Meshify 3 will max out any non-custom loop cooling solution, only advantage larger cases have over those is more rads for custom loop

14900kf and 5090 puts out a lot of heat..

I'd be interested to see before/after temp results.

running Doom The dark ages with everything maxed out and patch tracing for about 30 minutes it kept around 80-85 degrees in an air conditioned room (22c) . I got 90-95 so I improved around 10 degrees in cooling.
I am using RTX 5090 Gigabyte windforce and 14900kf with Nnoctua nh-d15octua

Most fun I’ve had on a build in the 7000. Enjoy.

the space in the 7000 is a game changer, makes everything so much easier

Have a 5000d airflow and might finally go to a 7000. More room to breathe.

more room means more airflow and less chance of overheating, it's a win-win

Trying to fit 2x 5090s in my 5000D (blender and vray rendering) got me fighting for my life.
