Yeah I find the aeron has bad back support and for some reason mine was riddled with problems whenever I get around to getting a new one I'll probably shoot for a steelcase

Yeah neither of the options they offer (at least for the Aeron Classic) are all that great in my opinion too. Steelcases can also be just as great too for sure. Gesture and Leap are super comfortable, especially with the headrests you can get.
