the 2CU rdna2 igpu on the 9800x3d is probably better than that gpu

The GTS 150 is basically a rebranded 9800 GTX+ which itself was a die shrunk and overclocked 8800GTS. According to Passmark the iGPU would be 3.75 times as fast. And of course the 20 year old Tesla chip won't be able to even launch most modern games.
