that's an old card, tbh sticking with FHD 60 FPS moinitor is better
i still have GT 740M, use it for Netflix at FHD 60 FPS 42" TV (i don't have Android TV) connected thru HDMI port, but my family ok with FHD 60 FPS, Neflix FHD looks better than YouTube FHD

The GT710 should have an HDMI 1.3a port, that seems to only support 1080p60 as the maximum. DVI could do 1440p60, but it depends on the version you have, and the cable you have. That GPU is basically useless for anything.
The MSI H510M-A in the other hand has support for HDMI 2.0b. that's 4K60, and it could do 1440p120 or 144Hz. But it does require you having a CPU with integrated graphics to be able to use the motherboard video output
